An AJOOH rosé made from the juice of premium red wines. In order to obtain high-quality, concentrated red wines, in some years it is necessary to "bleed" the red wines a little before mash fermentation in order to improve the ratio of juice to mash. This foreshot, obtained without pressing from hand-picked Pinot Noir and Syrah, can be found in the 2020 rosé.
With its light ruby-pink color and fresh nose of citrus and wild berries, it is ideal for brunch with friends or salmon dishes. The right wine for a warm welcome and when there is something else to celebrate.
